Account and sign-in
I lost access to my kingdom
If you signed in with Google or Apple, or created a Forsaken ID, sign in again with the same method on the new device and your kingdom follows you. If you only ever played as a guest on a device you no longer have, email us with your player name and roughly when you last played, and we will do what we can.
I want to move to a new phone
Link your account first, on the device that still works: open the game, go to your profile and link Google or Apple, or create a Forsaken ID. Then sign in with it on the new device.
I want to delete my account
You can do this yourself from inside the game, and the full explanation of what is erased lives on our account deletion page. If you cannot reach the in-app option, email us from the address linked to the account.
Purchases
I paid and did not receive my items
Restart the game first, most purchases that appear to hang finish on the next launch. If the items still have not arrived after a restart, email us with your player name and the receipt from Apple or Google, and we will sort it out.
I want a refund
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Google Play order history. Tell us as well if something went wrong on our side.
Reporting a player
Every player profile and every message has a report option, and you can block any player from your side. Reports reach us with the message attached. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, and attempts to sell or trade accounts are all against the Terms of Service and we act on them.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services, we cannot help quickly enough to be the right first call.
Bugs and lost progress
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth several paragraphs. If a raid, a purchase or a reward went wrong, the approximate time it happened lets us find it in the server logs.
Privacy and your data
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy or have it erased are all set out in the Privacy Policy. Data protection requests, including DPDP grievances, go to the same address above.
